  • Pitch development for healthcare and education topics, including healthcare patient stories, consumer health topics, and educational programs.
  • Successfully securing earned media placements in key target publications. Past placements in publications including the Washington Post, New York Times, and Washington Business Journal, as well as local television and radio.

Content Development: Creation, Adaptation, Editing, and Proofreading

  • Developing audience specific original content across platforms, including:
  • Digital: Websites and web pages, email, blogs, social media
  • Print: Media releases, annual reports, fact sheets, infographics, biographies, news articles, and features.

Events Management: Programming and Logistics

    • Planning press conferences, training sessions, and public events for announcements and key milestones
    • Program planning from agenda writing to speaker recruitment and coordination
